Lynne Kaye CPPD Director

Lynne is a counsellor, psychosexual psychotherapist and supervisor and is accredited with the Association of Humanistic Psychology Practitioners (AHPP). She has maintained a clinical practice in North London for the past 23 years and works with individuals and couples. Lynne has spent many years researching and working with adult survivors of child sexual abuse and has formulated and facilitated workshops and lectures on the subject in the UK and overseas. Lynne has been the CPPD Director with Jenny Sandelson for 17 years.

Lynne is the Training Co-ordinator and one of the principal tutors on the Certificate in counselling and is principal tutor on one of the autumn diploma intakes. Lynne was instrumental in setting up the first counselling training in Pakistan and initiated the first BACP accredited counselling training programme in Malta.

Dr. Jenny SandelsonCPPD Director

Dr. Jenny Sandelson is a COSRT accredited and UKCP registered psychosexual psychotherapist. She is also an Assessor on the COSRT Accreditation board. Jenny has worked in the NHS for many years and currently manages a psychotherapy clinic at the Royal London Hospital. She has supervised for the Post-Graduate training at the Whittington Hospital, and currently supervises Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Counsellors and Psychotherapists. Jenny has been the CPPD Director with Lynne Kaye for 20 years.

Jenny is the Training Co-ordinator and Core Tutor for the Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Counselling courses. She is currently a member of the Training and Learning Forum with the BACP. Jenny received her doctorate (D.Psych) in July 2017.

Samia Shakeel Chundrigar

Samia is a Humanistic Integrative therapist based in Karachi. Originally a lawyer by profession, Samia entered the world of mental health in 2012 and trained as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor with a London-based Counselling School’s Pakistan Chapter, Centre for Personal and Professional Development (CPPD).

Samia currently has a private counselling practice at her clinic in Karachi. Samia is regulated by and is an Individual Member of the UK based governing body, the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

Muzaffar Bukhari

Muzaffar received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Northwestern University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2006. Muzaffar has a MBA from Institute of Management Development (IMD), Switzerland, and graduated with distinction in leadership in 2011.

Muzaffar started his career with UBS Investment Bank, New York, in 2006. He later moved back to Pakistan to work in the financial services industry and was involved in asset management and commercial banking. Through various life experiences, Muzaffar stumbled on the path of seeking therapy, which helped him discover his true calling in the field of education and mental health.

In 2016, he founded Veritas Learning Circle (VLC), a school based out of Karachi, which believes in the power of play and human connection.

He went ahead to complete his Advanced Diploma in Integrative Humanistic Counselling from CPPD, UK and co-founded Tribus Partners to advance the mission of CPPD in Pakistan.
