Ayesha Samad

Ayesha Samad, with over 15 years in the mental health profession, is currently a trainer, supervisor, and mental wellness therapist. Utilizing a humanistic person-centered lens and diverse integrative techniques, she specializes in working with clients experiencing trauma, mental health disorders, grief, and complex family structures. Ayesha adopts a strength-based approach in her multifaceted roles.

Fahad Jawaid

Fahad Jawaid, an alumnus of CPPD Counselling School, is a clinical supervisor with over 9 years of counseling experience. As a clinical member of PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia), Fahad serves as a Specialist Family Violence Practitioner in Melbourne and brings an intersectional approach to his work, drawing from lived experiences and engaging with clients from diverse communities. Fahad is particularly passionate about deconstructing the impacts of colonialism and racism.

Hana Farhan Siddiqui

Hana Farhan Siddiqui is a Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapist based in Karachi. Holding double Bachelors of Science in Psychology & Economics from Pennsylvania State University USA. As a CPPD alumnus, Hana holds an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and Clinical Supervision from CPPD Counselling School. A member of BACP UK, Hana has extensive experience in addressing issues such as behavioral problems, hyperactivity, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and grief in both children and adults.

Nasim Mughal

Nasim Mughal, a psychotherapist and Trauma and Relationship expert, boasts an international practice spanning over three decades. With a Masters in Psychology, she holds her certification in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and Clinical Supervision from CPPD Counselling School. Currently an adjunct faculty and supervisor with CPPD Counselling School, Nasim actively pursues online courses and certifications, to stay abreast of current developments in therapy, such as; CBT, IFS, RLT, DBT, Interpersonal Neurobiology, TIST and mindfulness-based compassionate interventions.

Nasim has the following memberships; MBACP (UK), APA (USA), RLT (USA), Satir Institute (Canada) and IFS Online Circle (USA)

Natasha Shammul Khan

Natasha Shammul Khan, practicing since October 2017, holds her certification in Humanistic Integrative Counselling from CPPD Counselling School, certified by BACP. She is a registered member MBACP 00917991, an NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Master Coach licensed by the American Board of NLP – License Number N36356 and N63746. Additionally, she is a Marriage and Family Therapist under supervision of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy and a TRE Certified Provider. Additionally, Natasha has also received her Diploma in Clinical Supervision from CPPD Counselling School.

Sadaf Noureen

Sadaf Noureen, an experienced clinical psychologist based in Karachi, serves as a Clinical Supervisor, Psychotherapist, and Addiction therapist. Holding a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology, Sadaf refined her skills with a Diploma in Clinical Supervision from CPPD Counselling School. She is closely affiliated with prestigious institutions, including; CPPD Counselling School, Bahria University, House of Pebbles and Center for Inclusive Care. With over 5 years of distinguished career history, she is closely affiliated with Habib University, where she contributes through counseling and lectureship. Her diverse therapeutic skills cater to all ages, integrating psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, EMDR, TFCBT, Gestalt and more, tailored to individual needs. Her philosophy emphasizes healing through embracing vulnerabilities, transforming personal pain in valuable assets and fostering supportive networks.

Sahar Habib

Sahar Habib, a Humanistic Integrative compassion-informed therapist, holds a BA in philosophy and economics from Boston University. Completing the Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counseling, Sahar has been practicing as a therapist in Karachi for 5 years. Drawing from ancient wisdom, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices, Sahar has a keen interest in the perinatal space, providing support to moms struggling with postpartum depression and anxiety. Sarah has also completed her Diploma in Self-compassion in Psychotherapy (SCIP) and believes self-compassion is an antidote for battling most inner demons. She has additionally trained and worked with children and adolescents using child-centered and Gestalt family play therapy. Sahar believes in the power of the transpersonal relationship between therapist and client – she drawn upon spirituality and somatic work in the therapy space.

Salina Faisal

Salina Faisal is a Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor trained in Humanistic Integrative Counselling from CPPD Counselling School. With a private counseling practice in Karachi, she also provides online counseling to local and international clients. Additionally, Salina is associated with Maryam Suheyl Therapy as a Marriage Therapist and is a professional artist specializing in abstract painting, offering therapeutic art sessions to individuals and groups.

Shahana Khan

Shahana Khan, after a 10-year career in Human Resources Management, transitioned to become a Psychotherapeutic Counselor. Holding a Bachelor's of Science in Organizational Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, she has been practicing as a Psychotherapeutic Counselor since 2018 and, more recently, as a supervisor. Completing her Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and Diploma in Clinical Supervision from CPPD Counselling School, Shahana's practice is guided by psychodynamic approaches while staying true to a person-centered style.

Sukaina Faizi

Sukaina B. Faizi, a BACP accredited integrative counselor, intuitive healer, and counseling supervisor, is currently based in Dubai, UAE. Holding a Bachelor in Psychology from the University of Waterloo, an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling from CPPD Counselling School, and a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University, Sukaina's practice is creative, holistic, and trauma-sensitive. She facilitates client insight leading to psychospiritual development.

Tasleem Iftikhar

Tasleem Iftikhar, a therapist based in Karachi, holds a Masters in clinical psychology from the University of Karachi. With an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counseling and Diploma in Clinical Supervision from CPPD Counselling School, Tasleem has been practicing as a private counselor since 2012. She combines Humanistic, Psychodynamic, EMDR, IFS, PIT, Art, and Play therapy to address various issues tailored to individual needs.

Zainab Tufail Arbab

Zainab Tufail Arbab, a seasoned Mental Health Practitioner, holds a Degree in Psychology, Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counseling, and Diploma in Clinical Supervision from CPPD Counselling School. A Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), Zainab's intervention includes mindfulness, meditation, exploring attachment styles, and working on relationship-building skills.

Zara Maqbool

Zara Maqbool is a qualified BACP accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. Also certified as an ICEFT therapist for couples and a Global Trauma Relief Exercise (TRE) Provider, Zara conducts group therapy sessions, offers personal and professional development workshops, and is a freelance writer. Supervised by Russell Rose, a UK-based Body-Mind Psychotherapist, Zara's practice is diverse and includes psychotherapy, writing, and facilitating workshops.
