Mahnoor Fatima

Mahnoor Fatima is a CPPD trained therapist based in Karachi. She works relationally with her clients, integrating humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapeutic approaches.

She has a BSc in Economics and Politics from LUMS. She taught AS level Psychology at the Lyceum School for 3 years and alongside has a certified private counselling practice for over 5 years. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Psychology at Harvard University.

Muzaffar Bukhari

Muzaffar Bukhari is an ICF Certified Coach, RYT 200 Yoga Teacher (Bali) and a practicing therapist having completed his advanced diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counseling from CPPD, UK.

Muzaffar received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Northwestern University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2006. Muzaffar has a MBA from Institute of Management Development (IMD), Switzerland, and graduated with distinction in leadership in 2011. Muzaffar started his career with UBS Investment Bank, New York, in 2006. He later moved back to Pakistan to work in the financial services industry and was involved in asset management and commercial banking. Through various life experiences, Muzaffar stumbled on the path of seeking therapy, which helped him discover his true calling in the field of education and mental health. In 2016, he founded Veritas Learning Circle (VLC), a school based out of Karachi, which believes in the power of play and human connection. He went ahead to complete his Advanced Diploma in Integrative Humanistic Counselling from CPPD, UK and co-founded Tribus Partners to advance the mission of CPPD in Pakistan.

Nida Khan

Nida Khan is a Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Supervisor, Expressive Arts Therapist, Sandplay Practitioner, and Educationist. Along with running a private clinical practice for all ages, Nida facilitates retreats and circles focusing on relational connectedness, and mentors spoken word communities. Nida Khan has been a practicing Psychotherapist for over 12 years, and a Clinical Supervisor for over 3 years. She holds a double Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the US, with a specialization in working with Children & Adolescents; a Diploma in Clinical Supervision from CPPD, a London based counselling training program, and training in Expressive Arts Therapy from Australia.

Nida likes to integrate creativity, mindful play and bodywork like QiGong into group processes. Nida has worked in high schools in the US and Pakistan, and is currently on the teaching staff at The Lyceum and a faculty member at CPPD Counseling School.

Ayesha Samad

Ayesha has been a part of the mental health profession for over 15 years and is currently a trainer, supervisor and mental wellness therapist. She works with a humanistic person-centered lens utilizing diverse integrative techniques. She has extensively worked with clients presenting with trauma, mental health disorders, grief and complex family structures. Ayesha works with a strength based approach in the multiple hats that she wears.

In her free time, she enjoys walking, nature, reading and spending time with her family, friends and dogs.

Samia Chundrigar

Samia is a Humanistic Integrative therapist based in Karachi. Originally a lawyer by profession, Samia entered the world of mental health in 2012 and trained as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor with a London-based Counselling School’s Pakistan Chapter, Centre for Personal and Professional Development (CPPD).

Samia currently has a private counselling practice at her clinic in Karachi. Samia is regulated by and is an Individual Member of the UK based governing body, the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

Tehmina Lodhi

Tehmina Lodhi, an Associate Professor and BWRT Registered Practitioner MIBWRT (reg.), has gracefully transitioned from her roots in art and media education to the domain of mental health. With over fifteen years of experience at Pakistan's premier universities, Tehmina embarked on a transformative journey in 2019 with CPPD Pakistan, becoming a sought-after Humanistic Integrative Counsellor. She is skilled in couples counselling and various modalities, deepened by her keen interest in neurosciences. Certified in grief and trauma from the UK and USA, she is also a distinguished member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). A firm believer in continuous personal growth, Tehmina remains inspired by the limitless nature of knowledge.

Zehra Mohiuddin

Zehra qualified from University College London, and is a CPCAB-UK (Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body) accredited therapist and supervisor. She believes that the purpose of therapy is to help a person move towards wholeness, not perfection.

Zehra works using an integrative approach, borrowing from both Humanistic and Psychodynamic traditions. She has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, addiction, depression, self-esteem issues, shame, grief, trauma, marriage problems, relationship concerns, gender, sexuality, and abuse.

She is passionate about the therapeutic power of play and the arts and employs a variety of innovative methods, borrowing from several art forms including improvisation, comedy, drama, dance, and music, to help her clients explore themselves further.

In addition to running a private practice since 2015; Zehra has taught a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling, spearheaded the initiative of a Wellness Counselling Department at the College Section of Karachi Grammar School, and worked as a Research Consultant at The Aga Khan University Hospital.
